The Price: The Quarter Beef package, including cutting and wrapping, is just $3.69lb. This quarter beef will cost approx. $571.95*. Just $100 will reserve your delivery. The balance of your purchase must be paid prior to delivery.
Our beef pricing is based on hanging weight. A Quarter of an Angus hanging weight is approx. 155lbs +/-15 percent.

Finished! After you've paid for your beef reservation, you'll be notified by email when you might expect your beef. You'll also be provided a link to choose your preferences regarding beef cuts, etc. Of course, you may contact us anytime with any questions.
Shipping Options: You may choose to either pickup your beef at our farm or have us ship the beef order to your doorstep via UPS Ground. We will email you two weeks prior to your beef package being ready at which time you will ask to indicate your shipping preference. Shipping cost via UPS varies as to size of order.
*The hanging weight and ultimately the end price is an approximate. The price you'll pay will be based on the actual hanging weight. The beef you'll ultimately receive will weigh less than the hanging weight as some loss will occur due to dry-aging and the cutting away of bones and fat.
