Grass Feed Beef Reservations

In our attempt to make the process of providing you with premium grass-fed Angus beef easy, we created 4 different size packages.  Each package contains essentially the same cuts of beef but in different amounts.

An Eighth Beef Package is great for two people.  Depending on your beef consumption, it will likely last you up to 6 months.  With larger families or groups, our larger beef packages may make more sense.

Some folks will order a Full Beef Package with a couple of friends or family members to take advantage of our great Full Beef Package pricing. We will happily ship a Full Beef Package to up to 4 separate addresses.

Shipping Options: 

You may choose to either pickup your beef at our processing partner or have us ship the beef order to your doorstep via UPS Ground. We will email you two weeks prior to your beef package being ready at which time you will be asked to indicate your shipping preference.  Shipping cost via UPS varies as to size of order.

*The hanging weight and ultimately the end price is an approximate. The price you'll pay will be based on the actual hanging weight. The beef you'll ultimately receive will weight less than the hanging weight as some loss will occur due to dry-aging and the cutting away of bones and fat.
