We grow our lamb on a grass forage based systems year around. They have no added hormones and are antibiotic free. Our sheep play a vital role in the fertility of our land. They graze in a low stress herdsman-ship setting that they are naturally suited to along side the cattle which increase the soil biology.
We have selected our sheep to ensure a flavorful eating experience.

Once item(s) is weighed, seller will charge you final price less deposit. You will receive a receipt for the final charge.
This package will include;
12-14 Lamb Steaks each between 8 and 10 oz.,
8-10 Lamb Chops each weighing between 6-8 oz.,
2 Leg of Lamb each weighing between 3-4 lbs.,
2 Lamb Ribs each weighing between 1.5-2lbs.,
2 Lamb Shanks weighing between 1.25-1.75 lbs.,
3-5 1lb packages of Ground Lamb.
