We grow our lamb on a grass forage based systems year around. They have no added hormones and are antibiotic free. Our sheep play a vital role in the fertility of our land. They graze in a low stress herdsman-ship setting that they are naturally suited to along side the cattle which increase the soil biology.

We have selected our sheep to ensure a flavorful eating experience.
